Gregory Pascoe is a guest character in Cucumber. Gregory is a former teacher of Freddie, whom he abused when he was a student.
Early Life[]
Gregory Pascoe is a teacher who exploited young, insecure gay students to vent his sexual frustration and denial ovar his own sexuality. This included Freddie Baxter who, although consenting, was still underage thus constituting statutory rape. According to Freddie, their secret relationship restricted Freddie in accepting himself and intimacy.
Personality[]
Gregory is a man who, behind a façade of perfect husband and father and diligent teacher, hides a violent and manipulative behaviour. He exerts control over young students who are suggestible because he is incapable of maintaining a real relationship other than what society expects —heteronormativity. It should be noted, however, that he cares for the wellbeing of his wife and daughters despite his constant extramarital affairs with men he hook-up with.
Physical Appearance[]
Gregory is a tall man in his forties with a fair complexion, blue eyes and reddish-brown hair with a well-groomed beard. He's choice of clothing is preppy.
